Opportunities - Courses Apex

Horizon Jr. /Sr. High School offers students opportunities to recapture credit utilizing Apex Learning.  Students can be placed in a Apex Learning class if their regular daily schedule does not allow them to be in a traditional classroom.  In addition, students may enroll in Apex coursework extending their regular school day (3:15 to 4:00).All Apex coursework is completed in the Horizon Computer Lab.

 

Apex coursework learning is self-paced and put in real-world context and coupled with offline activities and Internet resources that reinforce learning in areas of greatest weakness. Apex Learning allows students to complete course requirements more rapidly, recover credits, regain self-confidence, and graduate on time.
